HealthCare Industry*
The Atlantic Cape May WIB Healthcare Workforce Committee envisions the development of a Destination Professional Development Event wherein the area hosts a week long educational retreat for a specific audience within the healthcare industry. A sub-committee has been formed to review the viability of such an event. Additionally, the committee plans to look at alternative strategies and work settings to maintain its aging workforce as they bring experience to the workplace.
Hospitality and Tourism Industry*
The Atlantic Cape May WIB Service Industry, which includes representatives from both the hospitality and tourism and retail industries meets quarterly.
